As any other software, our service will inevitably have bugs. We track the bugs that have been reported to us and fix the most important ones, especially those related to security and privacy. Not all reported bugs will get fixed and we don’t guarantee an error-free service.

The game includes virtual items such as Cues, Cards, Energy (virtual currency), and Gems (premium virtual currency). These items are purely digital and have no monetary value outside the game. They cannot be exchanged, traded, gifted, or sold to other users or to us, and cannot be converted into real-world currency or assets.
Cue Shop: Players can purchase virtual cues using a virtual in-game currency called Energy. These cues are used solely within the game and cannot be transferred to other users.
Prize Boxes: Players may earn prize boxes by winning online matches. These boxes vary in size (small, medium, big, etc.) and contain randomized rewards such as cards, Energy, and Gems. The contents and drop rates are designed purely for gameplay enhancement. The randomization complies with relevant regulations and excludes any features that assign real-world value or offer exchangeability.
Prize box rewards may include 2 to 4 types of Cards, Energy, and Gems, depending on the box type. The quantity and distribution of these rewards is determined randomly based on predefined rules, and the rewards are not influenced by paid participation or chance-based payment systems.

Regional Restrictions: In accordance with local laws, access to purchasing prize boxes using Gems is disabled for players located in the Netherlands and Belgium. In these countries, prize boxes can only be obtained by winning online matches. This ensures compliance with regulations concerning chance-based mechanics and virtual item monetization.
If you are using a free version of the service, it is really free—no credit card or any payment details needed.
All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your payment information. Some premium features may be provided for free under special conditions.

Cheating undermines the integrity of our online snooker game and disrupts fair play for all participants. As such, we have a strict policy against any form of cheating.
Should a player be found cheating, they will get a warning and a 7-day ban. All scores and other results obtained by cheating will be nullified. Repeated cheating will result in a permanent ban of the account and revoking of the Club Membership (in that case, standard Refund Policy will be applied). In-game items value will not be refunded.
Any cheating accusations of other players will not be considered valid unless accompanied with evidence such as a screen recording of the gameplay.
All disputes regarding cheating should be held through the email address provided in the Service Provider part.
Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Sharing, selling, or purchasing accounts is strictly prohibited. Accounts suspected of being shared, sold, or bought will be permanently banned without notice.
Users must not attempt to manipulate gameplay, gain unauthorized access to the service, or circumvent restrictions through any technical or social means.
Minimum Age to Play: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our Service. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Prize Box Purchases: Because Prize Boxes are a chance‑based mechanic purchasable with Gems, the user must be at least 18 years old to purchase Gems or Prize Boxes. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
You expressly understand and agree that the RealSnooker.Club shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to these Terms or the Services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.
